REFUND, EXCHANGE & CREDIT POLICY

We do refund or exchange on faulty goods in accordance with the relevant legislation
. Proof of purchase must be provided for any refund, exchange or credit. 

For hygiene reasons, lingerie cannot be exchanged or returned. 

We exchange or give a Credit Note for 'CHANGE OF MIND' purchases subject to several conditions:
- Goods must be returned within 10 days of original docket
- Does not apply to goods reduced in price for sale purposes
- Does not apply to sales of accessories
- The goods cannot have been soiled or damaged by the customer 

CREDIT NOTES


- Redeemable ONLY at the SUPRÉ store where purchase was made
- Valid for 6 months from issue date- Not Redeemable for cash
- Credit should be treated as cash if lost cannot be replaced
- Not transferable 

GIFT VOUCHER

- Redeemable for goods at any SUPRÉ store
- Valid for 6 months from issue date
- Not redeemable for cash
- This voucher should be treated as cash if lost cannot be replaced
