An Online Team Member is a very important role at SUPRÉ, as you have the responsibility of fulfilling customers orders from all over the world. The Online Team provide our customers with the total shopping experience, both uplifting and energetic, but Online instead of in store.
The Online Team operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

As a Head Merchandiser, your job role is to drive SALES through the STOCK in your store.   On a day to day basis, you will be merchandising to ensure your store has the right stock on the racks and impact on the walls.   Your aim is to ensure that all key lines are selling in volume, that all new stock lines are being tested in key positions, that your stock is well controlled and that your stock is having visual IMPACT. 

It is paramount that the following outline is adhered to and consistently maintained.  Your general performance and your ability to sustain the following will be the basis to your continued appointment as a Merchandiser.

Your role of Merchandiser directly supports the Store Manager.  You are a part of the store Management team and an integral role within the SUPRÉ business.  Your thoughts, words and actions directly impact the performance of the store in all areas.  You are the driving force for STOCK and SALES at SUPRÉ.

As a Floor Co-Ordinator you are the SALES go getter for your store!   Your job role is to drive SALES in your store through service and instore atmosphere (vibe!)  On a day to day basis, you will be focused on achieving sales  budgets, the development of team service and instore culture. 

It is paramount that the following outline is adhered to and consistently maintained.  Your general performance and your ability to sustain the following will be the basis to your continued appointment as a Floor Co-Ordinator.

The Floor Co-Ordinator directly supports the Store Manager.  You are a part of the store Management team and an integral role within the SUPRÉ business.  Your thoughts, words and actions directly impact the performance of the store in all areas.  You are the driving force for SALES & SERVICE & VIBE at SUPRÉ.

Your responsibilty as a door boy / girl is to stop theft within the store and assist the team and Store Management to prevent loss of stock for the company. This position reports directly to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities and skills include:

• To monitor customers who enter / leave the store
• Check all bags when staff and customers exit the store
• Have up to date knowledge of stock control procedures
• Be aware of the company's policies and prodecures for Armed Hold Up and Fire Safety.
