Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents only. Directors, employees and their immediate families of SUPRÉ Pty Ltd (including spouse, parent, child or sibling whether or not they live in the same house) and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Entry is open to consumers of all ages however If the major winner is under 18 years of age at the time of the prize draw the prize, an authorization letter is required from the winner's parent or legal guardian allowing the winner to travel and SUPRÉ and RTS are not liable for unforseen circumstances.
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion commences on 16th August 2010 at 9am and concludes on 15th September 2010 at 5.30pm (EST).
4. TO PARTICIPATE: To participate in the promotion you must, during the promotional period, spend $35 on full priced merchandise at any SUPRÉ store in Australia or online at
www.supre.com.au . Entrants will receive a unique code on their receipt with their purchase. This unique code can be entered into the draw once only.
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, qualifying customers must during the promotional period complete the online entry page including full name, address, postcode, phone number, date of birth, email address, unique code and tell us in 25 words or less “who is your favourite Australia's Next Top Model finalist and why?”.
Only valid entries will be entered into the draw. Multiple entries made on a single purchase will not be accepted. Entrants must be able to provide their receipt for all entries received.
6. COMPETITION DRAW: The first valid entry drawn with the best answer to “who is your favourite Australia's Next Top Model finalist and why?” will be declared the Major winner once all purchases are validated by the Promoter. The following 5 valid entries per state with the best answers drawn will receive a runner up prize once all purchases are validated. Winners will be contacted by phone, mail and details will be published online at
www.supre.com.au.
7. MAJOR PRIZE:
. 2 x return flights to Sydney (if applicable)
. One (1) night accommodation (if applicable)
. 2 x tickets to the Live Final of Australia's Next Top Model
. Backstage tour
8. RUNNER UP PRIZE: Five (5) valid entries per state (5 states) will win lunch with their local finalist valued at $150 each.
9. MAJOR WINNER: Transfers to and from the winner's place of residence to the departure airport is the responsibility of the winner. Additional expenses include travel insurance, spending money, most meals, gratitude, most merchandise and all other expenses/ ancillary costs at the winner's expense and at no cost to the Promoter.
10. At the Promoters discretion, the major winner and runner up winners will be required to provide proof of purchase/ receipts for all (winning and non winning) entries received during the promotional period before receiving their prize. Prizes are not transferable, nor exchangeable, nor can be taken as cash. This includes sale of a prize through a 3rd party provider i.e. eBay.
11. The Promoter's responsibility for the provision of prizes is limited to the prizes as described in these terms and conditions. The Promoter accepts no further liability or commitment beyond those stated and is not liable for failure of the Promoter's agents or contractors to supply the prizes as stated.
12. If the major winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian, at the discretion of the promoter. If the winner is under 18 years of age they must be accompanied on the trip by an adult or legal guardian.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
14. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrants name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are the Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter unless a written request for anonymity is received from the winners.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. SUPRÉ reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who SUPRÉ has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, malfunction of any telephone network or line, providers or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Promotion.
19. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may also use this information for the provision of marketing services and to keep you informed of products and services available at SUPRÉ'.
