Area Manager

As an Area Manager you are solely responsible for the successful running of your business area. Your position requires a strong salesmanship mentality, in that you will be analysing and driving all areas of your business to achieve the best sales possible. An Areas Managers job role is based on thinking, taking action, teaching and developing. You are to guide your Management team to be the best that they can be – teach them how to make it happen!

As an Area Manager, you are a direct representative of SUPRÉ Head Office. You are an integral part of the Sydney Head Office team being the link between Head Office and store level. You are also a representative of your state.

The Store Manager is an integral role in the SUPRÉ business.  Your thoughts, words and actions directly impact the performance of the store in all areas.  You are the front line for SUPRÉ.

A Trainee Manager is viewed as the ‘next in line’ for Store Management.  With this in mind, you should approach your position with an open mind and always be looking to LEARN more about the running of your business.

Merchandiser

As a Head Merchandiser, your job role is to drive SALES through the STOCK in your store.   On a day to day basis, you will be merchandising to ensure your store has the right stock on the racks and impact on the walls.   Your aim is to ensure that all key lines are selling in volume, that all new stock lines are being tested in key positions, that your stock is well controlled and that your stock is having visual IMPACT.

As a Floor Co-Ordinator you are the SALES go getter for your store!   Your job role is to drive SALES in your store through service and instore atmosphere (vibe!)  On a day to day basis, you will be focused on achieving sales  budgets, the development of team service and instore culture.

The Floor Co-Ordinator directly supports the Store Manager.  You are a part of the store Management team and an integral role within the SUPRÉ business.  Your thoughts, words and actions directly impact the performance of the store in all areas.  You are the driving force for SALES & SERVICE & VIBE at SUPRÉ.
