1. What is the quickest and easiest way to make a payment online?
For all customers ordering from anywhere in the world, making payment with a credit card is always the quickest way to pay for your order. Your payment is charged to your account immediately and your order can be started straight away. SUPRÉ Online accepts Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, AMEX and Gift Card.
2. Is my transaction secure?
SUPRÉ Online shopping supplies you with a secure section within the checkout. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser which indicates that all information entered in this section is secure.
3. Are there any security procedures that I need to follow when paying by credit card?
Yes, customers may be required to complete a Security Check. There might be a few reasons that customers need to complete Security Checks. Those reasons are:
-If you are a first time SUPRÉ Online shopper and have made an order to the value of $300 or more.
-If you are ordering from a country that has been Black Listed due to excessive fraudulent orders.
-If you have made multiple attempts at ordering and have had multiple declined transactions.
-If you make several orders within a very close time frame.
For a security check to be completed we require the following:
- A copy of the credit card used on the order, front and back.
- A copy of license/photo id of the person’s credit card used on the order, front and back.
SUPRÉ assures that this is very safe to email or fax this information to us. You may black out the middle 8 digits on the credit card, so the full credit card number cannot be read. If you are required to complete a security check on your order, please do so as soon as possible as your order will not be started until it is complete.
SUPRÉ Online has the right to request a security check on orders that may seem suspicious other than the reasons mentioned above.
4. Does SUPRÉ Online accept Paypal?
Yes, we do accept Paypal. This is also a very quick and easy way to make payment for your order, as the amount is charged immediately. This is the best payment option for International customers who do not own a credit card. If you are not already registered with Paypal, please go to www.paypal.com
5. What is BPAY?
BPAY is an electronic internet transfer of money from one account to another. This is the same as paying for a Bill. You can only use BPAY if you have internet or telephone banking available. BPAY is a very safe way to make a payment. Please make sure you use the reference number issued in the email/website when paying via BPAY for your order.
6. What is a Money Order?
A money order is a cash payment in the form of cheque, although it is not actually a cheque. You can get money orders from any Australia Post outlets across Australia. Just go into any Australia Post office and ask for a money order to the value of the order, and then pay for it. You then would need to mail the money order to the SUPRÉ Online office for the money order to be redeemed. Please ensure that you record your Order number on the back of the Money Order, and always have your Return to Sender address listed on the back of the envelope. This would not be the best option for an International customer, unless you know people within Australia who can get a money order for you. Please do NOT send cash in the mail. SUPRÉ will not be held responsible for any cash sent by the customer that is not received. SUPRÉ Online does NOT accept personal cheques.
7. Can i make a payment with a store gift voucher?
SUPRÉ Online accepts Gift Vouchers purchased in store as a payment method for your Online order. Customers are required to select the MONEY ORDER payment option at the checkout, and mail the Gift Voucher to the Online office in place of the Money Order. Please ensure that you record your Order number on the back of the Gift Voucher, and always have your Return to Sender address listed on the back of the envelope. Please do not try to redeem your In Store Gift Voucher by typing it into the Gift Voucher payment section of the website as this is for Online Gift Vouchers only.
If your voucher is more than the order is worth, you will be issued with a Web Credit for the remaining amount. This Web Credit will deduct from the total amount of the following order placed Online.
If your order total is more than the voucher is worth, please enclose credit card details, or a money order with the voucher in the envelope.
8. Do I need to be over 18 to shop Online?
No, you do not need to be over 18 to shop online. If you are under the age of 18, you still have the option to pay by Paypal, BPAY, Money Order or Gift Voucher. With a parent or guardians permission
only are you able to shop online using a credit card. Using a credit card that is not your own, without permission, is a criminal offence and SUPRÉ may decide to press charges if the situation arises.
9. What happens to the information I give you?
The information that you supply SUPRÉ with is strictly confidential. We do not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell or distribute to any third parties personal information unless consented by you.
