SUPRÉ have 2 available Gift Voucher options. Here is some information on the type of Gift Vouchers available and how to use them.
WHAT IS AN ONLINE GIFT VOUCHER?
An Online Gift Voucher is an electronic voucher that is emailed from the website directly to the recipient, chosen by the buyer at the checkout. An Online Gift Voucher can be sent to and used by any person around the world.
An Online Gift Voucher can only be used on the SUPRÉ website www.supre.com.au and is not redeemable for cash. The recipient of the voucher should print the Online Voucher from the email in case of any computer failures or lost email.
When using the Online Voucher, the recipient can choose the value that they wish to spend on each order placed, meaning the whole voucher does not have to be used at once.
Online Gift Vouchers have an expiry date of 6 months.
Online Gift Vouchers cannot be used In Store.
WHAT IS AN IN STORE VOUCHER?
Please note that in-store gift cards are temporarily unavailable to purchase online, but you can still order our online-only gift vouchers.
An In Store Voucher is the type of Gift Voucher that can be used in the stores (brick and mortar).
In Store Gift Vouchers have been around since the dawn of SUPRÉ and are usually issued inside of a cardboard folder.
In Store Vouchers that are issued in Australia or Online can only be used within Australia. In Store Vouchers issued in NZ can only be used in NZ.
In Store Gift Vouchers have an expiry date of 6 months and should be treated as cash. If an In Store Voucher is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced so please handle with much care.
