REFUND, EXCHANGE & CREDIT POLICY
We do refund or exchange on faulty goods in accordance with the relevant legislation. Proof of purchase must be provided for any refund, exchange or credit.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie or earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
We exchange or give a Credit Note for 'CHANGE OF MIND' purchases subject to the following conditions:
-SUPRÉ Online now offers 100 days to return your order
-Does not apply to goods reduced in price for sale purposes
-Does not apply to sale of accessories
-The goods cannot have been soiled or damaged by the customer
CREDIT NOTES
-Redeemable ONLY at the SUPRÉ store at which it was issued
-Valid for 6 months from the issue date and is not redeemable for cash
-Credit Note should be treated as cash and if lost cannot be replaced
-Not transferable
GIFT VOUCHER
-Redeemable for goods at any SUPRÉ store
-Valid for 6 months from the issue date and is not redeemable for cash
-Gift Vouchers should be treated as cash and if lost cannot be replaced
